Gingerbread Pursuit 4 Miler
A Fort Wayne Running Club 2018 Point Series Race!
Start a new Holiday Season tradition with the Gingerbread Pursuit 4 Mile Run. Downtown Fort Wayne 8:30 AM.
Participant's bib number will get a free admission to the Gingerbread Festival at The History Center following the event.
Awards and refreshments are inside the spectacular rotunda of the historic and beautiful Allen County Courthouse. Refreshments include gingerbread cupcakes, vegan gingerbread cookies and even craft beer sampling.
Race starts on E Berry near Clay Streets, heads east on Wayne Street to Coombs Street and across the Tecumseh Street Bridge. Runners will then follow the Rivergreenway to the Tennessee Avenue bridge, crossover to the west side, then follow the Rivergreenway to Harrison Street, where they will cross the bridge south and then back to the finish line in front of the Allen County Courthouse, a beautiful building listed on the National Register.
Runners will start gathering at the Cinema Center at 7:15 to pick up their packets and chips. The Cinema Center is located on the northwest corner of Clay and Berry Streets.
