17th Annual Formula for Life 5K run/walk

The 17th annual Formula for Life 5k run/walk will take place on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The registration fee is $15 and includes a T-shirt and lunch. Registration is also available the day of the race.
Awards in many categories.
Proceeds from the race will benefit Our Lady of Perpetual Help Orphanage in Haiti, New Hope Hospital in Haiti, and a Saint Francis medical/veterinary trip to the Dominican Republic.
