20th Annual Firecracker 5K

Celebrate Independence Day by participating in the 20th Annual Firecracker
5K in Peru, Indiana!!! Awesome performance t-shirts, custom designed
finisher medals, disposable tag timing, great food, cool grab bag goodies, a
Garmin Forerunner Drawing, and awards (including Most Patriotic
Participants) are all included (MUST register by June 27th in order to
guarantee a shirt and a grab bag).
The race will be held on July 4th at 8:00AM at the Peru Fire Department,
located on 85 W Canal St in Peru, IN. Race day registration is from 7:00AM
to 7:45AM. Early Registration (Received by June 1st) - $20.00/Late
Registration - $25.00
Register online at mcymca.org/firecracker or at RunSignUp.com OR submit
registrations to the Miami County YMCA (registration forms located at the
front desk or online at mcymca.org).
Award categories include Overall Male/Female Finishers, 1 st , 2 nd , & 3 rd Place
Finishers (Male/Female) in the following Age Groups (14 and Younger, 15-
19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+), AND Most Patriotic Participants.
Garmin Forerunner Drawing: All participants receive one entry. Register by
June 27th for one additional entry.
Proceeds benefit the Miami County YMCA where we focus on youth
development, healthy living, and social responsibility!
