23rd Annual River City Rat Race

Described by Runners World writer Hal Higdon as One of the most scenic 10Ks Ive ever run, the River City Rat Race is a 10K Race and 5K Race through the autumn parks and riverfront of downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. The race is fun and family-friendly, and benefits the local YMCA.
Shirts for 2023 are TBD t-shirts. Sizes are mens XS-2X. Shirts will be first come, first served. Sizes are not guaranteed.
YOU NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE RACE YOU WANT TO RUN. The map is different this year so please only register for the race you want to finish.
Packet Pick-up:
Saturday Oct. 14th, from 5-7:30pm at the Central Branch YMCA, 1020 S. Barr Street, and race day at Arts United from 12:00-1:30pm at 303 E. Main St.
Pre-race day registration is available on Oct. 15th from 5-7:30pm at packet pick-up for $40 at the downtown YMCA: 1020 S. Barr St.
Race Day Registration: $50
Race start is 200 E. Main St. - Finish line is at the the Old Fort!
Along with the traditional hospitality tent, Hop River Brewing Co. will be selling beer at the finish line and donating a portion of the sales back to the Y.
