The Fanny Freezer is one of the earliest 5ks of the running season in Fort Wayne, so make sure you are ready for the cold February Indiana weather! The park does not have the water turned on, but a few Port-a-Johns will be available for the anxious runner. Dress warm, the race name says it all!
The Fanny Freezer is the first official points series event of the year and your Fort Wayne Track Club membership must be renewed before or on race day to earn points in our annual points series. If you are not a member, we would love to have you join and enjoy all of the benefits our members enjoy, which includes discounts at various run specialty stores in Fort Wayne and a members-only discount at all of the Fort Wayne Track Club Points Series Races!
