Fort Wayne's Smallest Winner 10K & USATF Certified Half Marathon
Fort Wayne's Smallest Winner is an organization based in Fort Wayne, Indiana that helps people who are 50 lbs + overweight. The program is offered for free to 25 individuals once a year. The 15 week program is very intense. The contestants are taught the right tools to feel great and get healthy. To sum up the program in a few words, it is weight loss boot camp! Fort Wayne's Smallest Winner is currently in their 9th Season. You have the opportunity to join the current contestants as they complete part of their life transforming journey with 10K & USATF Certified Half Marathon!
This race is for all people who just want to show that, "Any one can do it, if they put their mind to it!" If you don't want to participate in the race, feel free to come support the contestants as they cross the finish line. There is 13 year-old age limit; we ask that the consent form be filled out for all minors by a parent or guardian.
Packet pick up will be Friday, July 1, 2016 between 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Three Rivers Running Company, 4039 N. Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
Please bring a form of identification to verify packet pick-up. If picking up a packet for a friend, please bring a copy of their identification with you. At this time, all race participants will need to pick up their packets which will include a T-shirt to the first 300 people registered, bib number, timing chip for race day, and other goodies. NO RACE DAY PACKET PICK UP!
REFUNDS/Return Policy-ALL SALES FINAL NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason.
Late Registration is available on July 1, 2016 from 4:00-7:00pm at packet pick-up. No race shirt will be available with late registrations.
Race day we ask that all participants be ready to go at 6AM in at Deer Ridge Elementary School. 1515 South Scott Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814. Parking will be available in the school’s parking lot. Additional parking available at Sonrise Church-10125 Illinois Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804. Throughout the course there will be water/sports drink stations available. Each contestant will have 4 hours to complete the race. All participants will receive a medal this year! Additional age group awards will also be distributed.
