2 distances, 4 weight levels, and Solo+2 person team options - choose your wave time at registration

Race Sequence is a 400 or 800 run(short or long) with the following events in between each run segment:
*Sled Push
*Sled Pull
*Ski Erg
*Row Erg
*Sandbag Carry
*Sandbag Lunge
*Burpee Broad Jumps
*Farmers Carry
