The 5k Sap Run/Walk and 1 Mile Sap Stroll will raise funds for the operating expenses of Quaker Haven Camp.
Following the run, every participant is invited to the dining hall for an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast and awards ceremony. (The syrup for your pancakes has been boiled down from the sap of the camps maple trees!)
