The Vitality 5K is a very family friendly event with a competitive spirit mixed in. Proceeds will benefit the Dare to Dream Youth Ranch. The course is an out and back that winds through the Ludwig park neighborhood, is completely flat, and stroller friendly. Chip timing is provided and snacks at the finish. Awards for the top winner and top male and female in each age group. Stick around and enjoy the family picnic with various Food options available for purchase, free jump rounds, and other activities. Did we mention clean indoor bathrooms?
