Train, Tri, Triumph: Indoor Triathlon

Participate in our Parkview Family YMCA indoor mini triathlon. Train, Tri, Triumph this February to complete 3 events. Each wave will start off with their 20 minute swim, followed by a 10min transition period to the next event of a 20 minute bike on our indoor cycle bikes, one final transition of 10 mins to then start your 20 minute Treadmill run/walk. Individuals will be keep track of their distance on their own personal score card for each event Swimmers will be counting their laps and the bike and treadmill will show distance in miles. Each event time will strictly start at the top of the half hour. The pool will have 4 lanes and each lane can have up to 2 swimmers in the pool lane. Maximum of 8 partipants will be in each wave. Sign up NOW to qualify for a T-shirt upon registration. Awards will be broken down into appropriate age categories and there will be a male and female for each age category. There with 5 age categories: 11-15, 16-25, 26-40, 41-60, 60+ . (may be adjusted based off registrants)
