Sprint distance Triathlon (300m pool swim, 15 mile bike, 5k run). Run-Bike-Run (1 mile run, 15 mile bike, 5K run) and TRI Team Relay (3 person relay team for swim, bike, run) options also available. 5K course is part road, part trail. Overall, Master, and 5 year age group awards. Cost is $50 for the TRI and Run-Bike-Run, $115 for the TRI Relay teams.
