Description
Help fight neglect and abuse through education. Join the Furry Scurry 5k (timed) run - Sunday, September 17th at Franke Park as a fundraising event for Animal Care & Control. Dogs are encouraged to participate in the run as long as they are leashed at all times, current on rabies and distemper vaccines, and have excellent temperament with other dogs and children. Strollers are welcome. Following the run and walk we will have snacks and vendors for people to enjoy. We will also be acknowledging our top finishers and fundraisers! Medals awarded to top male and female in 7 age categories!

5K Packet Pick Up

Saturday, September 16th from 3:00-6:00pm at Fleetfeet Sports, 5661 Coventry Lane, Fort Wayne, IN 46804. Fleetfeet Sports is located in the Village of Coventry behind Starbucks.

Day of the Race/Walk

5K Furry Scrurry Race Check in time: 8:30am - Race start time: 9:30am (no race day registration)
Walk for Animals Check in/registration: 11:00am - Walk start time: 12:00pm

Shirt sizes can not be guaranteed after August 14, 2017.
